Throughout this internship experience, this 2nd and 3rd term, I have learned to recall and put into practice any skills I have learned from the theories we have discussed in my previous courses. Honestly, it's challenging, but at the same time, it's encouraging as it enthralled and engaged us in the actual work or the field of the profession itself.  I learned how to act as a professional, as I deemed it necessary to accomplish and perform well.

The supervisors we had, and the librarians and staff, are inspiring as I saw them doing their hob effectively and efficiently. It's inspiring in a way that I felt a momentous realization that "I could be the next one doing that!" Also, I am so glad the environment I had was so supportive, lenient but keen, and not stingy on criticisms and feedback, which is important for my development and to know where and what I could improve on.

Though I admit that the backbone I had from my previous courses is good enough as I accomplished my four libraries, I think that it could be strengthened more if we had a little training or refresher course before our deployment. Nonetheless, I feel like the curriculum we have is still keeping up with what we should be equipped to be prepared for the demands of the librarianship profession in the future.
