THE ORTIGAS FOUNDATION LIBRARY

The Ortigas Foundation Library is the cornerstone of the ongoing research and conservation program. The library makes available its unique collection of historical books, which are almost 30,000 volumes, periodicals, and photographs, in a quiet setting conducive to study. They host conferences and offer their meeting rooms for seminars, lectures, colloquia, exhibitions, and other interdisciplinary events for both the academic and business communities.

THE ENVIRONMENT IN ortigas foundation library

Even though the library has a smaller space in comparison to PCS and DLSU, the facilities and the environment as a whole are so inviting and warm. There is a souvenir shop that I genuinely liked, as it opens the users to the idea of OFL as more than just a library.

READ MY REFLECTION!

As my first institution, PCS-IMC has been a training ground where I can say that I am safe to admit that I have learned a lot, especially on how a school library functions. I encountered challenges, opportunities, and worthwhile experiences throughout this journey! To know more, read my reflections!
